Personal Lessons

What is a personal lesson?

A personal lesson is dedicated time where athlete gets to work one-on-one with a coach focusing on the athlete’s specific goals. Personals are all about the athlete and helping them increase their skills and confidence.

Why have a personal lesson?

Personal lessons are designed to focus specifically on what the athlete needs! Personals can be used to clean up a routine in cheer, polish a pass for tumbling, or simply to help with confidence when moving up a level. Whatever you need we can help in this personal one-on-one setting!

Personal Lessons focus on:

  • Reinforcement of any level of skills
  • Specific help to move up a level in tumbling
  • One-on-one time to work on cheer

Tumbling Classes

Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment other than a standardized rod floor and trampoline. Also referred to as floor gymnastics, tumbling requires strength and flexibility. Common skills performed in tumbling include flips, somersaults, tucks, handstands and handsprings. While some moves in the floor routines seen in the Olympics can be considered tumbling, tumbling does not feature the same elements of formal dance associated with rhythmic gymnastics. Some sports, like cheerleading, typically use tumbling moves in their performance routines.
